«In this course I have learned all the necessary tools that my students and I can use to overcome the barriers to study».

Medicine is not easy to study, but this course has given me a wonderful tool for my students to study Medicine with pleasure and learn it easily. This course has opened my eyes to several things:

  1. Purpose: To know why I study a subject contextualizes the importance of it and gives me a specific motivation to learn it. In each class I will dynamically show my students the purpose of the subject we are studying.

  1. Mass: For students it is very difficult to study ideas only. Not seeing the things we study makes it more difficult to learn. From now on I will use the tools that the course gave me to add mass to each subject.

  1. Misunderstood words: In Medicine, because of the language we doctors use, it’s common to have misunderstood words. I’ll now have a glossary in each class and teach my students how to find the meaning of the misunderstood words.

  1. Gradient: The complexity of studying Medicine makes it a tedious and difficult process. From now on I will create an easy-gradient approach for my classes. That way the subject will be understood best.

  1. Practice: Practice makes perfect. Therefore my students will practice what they have studied until they can learn and understand it easily, with particular attention to the keywords and knowing them thoroughly to achieve a better understanding of the subject.

In this course I have learned all the necessary tools that my students and I can use to overcome the barriers to study.
